Xbox live code 7day not working

i recently got given a 7day code off a very good friend i met a while back but it seems to not be working im not sure whats going on as it says 7day trial i click confirm and it says sorry you will have to look for help etc.

Hey guys

I recently bough a few xbox live 7day trials cause they were cheap on a website

and yeah they worked all fine...but i redeemed the codes all at once

and now it stopped working after like 1 week while i should still have 50days of live

any help?

Hmmm ok what error

your status doesn't change to gold and it only works with the games it was purchased on and non ranked matches and some multiplayer features

7day Trial codes are not recognized as Gold

- they wont Show up anywhere

- they wont enable you to use Gold exclusive offers

in General they are meant for using with the game they are bundled with, but they may work with different games too

I have always received promotional codes via email or Xbox messages. If you haven't received the coder ~7days after the promo period ends, contact Microsoft support.

As far as i know some ppl get 7day gold trial gold or sum get the camo code or sum get nothing
