Xbox-Live code 12 months doesn't work

My Xbox-Live code for 12 months doesn't work. The Xbox says: 'Something went wrong on our part. It may help if you wait a while.' I've tried three days, but it doesn't work. What can I do?

I am here to ask you for help or your opinion:

Today I bought a 12 Months Live Gold Code from the website mmoga.com. I received the code quickly but problem is, that the code doesn't work. I tried it literally many many times to redeem it on my xbox one, xbox 360, on the app, on PC and goodness I even
let my friend try to redeem it on his account aswell to see if my account is the problem but that stupid code doesn't work! after trying to redeem it it says:

"Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help." But In tried it all day long and still it doesn't work. I did message the seller and also the xbox support but nobody can help me for some reason.
