Xbox live clips missing

Some of the game clips I uploaded to xbox live are missing. I cant access them on my console or phone. I called customer service and after checking some things they sent me here with my little homework assignment. It seems like customer service should be
doing this part, I dont work at Microsoft. I dont even know who I'm addressing but if you can help find my clips and explain why the video editor only works once in awhile I'd appreaciate it. Thank you.

this happens to me sometimes. they may be saving, you just can't see them for a bit.... I usually spam the refresh button, after a while it works.

Thanks. I have older clips than the ones that are missing that are still there. If they really do all disappear after some time then that's not good. I though uploading the to xbox live was perminate. If I could get the editor to work with any consistancy
I'd upload the somewhere else, but I cant.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. There are a couple of reasons why some

game clips are not being uploaded to Xbox Live. Some games disable recording capability by default. You won't be able to make clips of these titles. The issue may be related to a lack of space in your cloud storage. The article we provided contains

Hi, thanks. The clips were on xbox live for some time but are no longer there.

There was news a while back that the capture system had changed in that it would store your clips or screenshots but if they had no views for 30 days, they would automatically be deleted. So if they were over 30 days old and had no views, they would have
been deleted by the system automatically to keep space open for those captures with views.

there is a lag time some times and if they are old i think they drop off
