Xbox Live CLAIMS they have fixed sign-in problems, but that's not true.

I've rebooted, etc., and I still cannot sign into Xbox Live using my Xbox One. The Xbox live status says "Our team has fixed the problem." NO IT HAS NOT. My connection is fine, etc., I still can;t sign in and I'm still getting the same stupid error message.

75% of the way to returning the XboxOne (which I just bought today) to Best Buy tomorrow morning. This is absurd.

CANNOT CONNECT TO XBOX LIVE ON XBOX ONE!

XBOX/MICROSOFT HAS SINCE FIXED THE SIGN IN PROBLEMS.. APPEARANTLY I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE TO BE AFFECTED.. BUT THEY WERE QUICK ON THE BALL TO GET IT SOLVED! THANKS XBOX LIVE SUPPORT STAFF!

They say sign in problems fixed....but friends list is still broken.

OK -- I read the ENTIRE status message and cold rebooted my Xbox One by powering it down and unplugging it for 10 (really 22) seconds. Now I can get on. Thanks.

Quite often a hard reboot will also resolve this issue, simply hold your finger on the on/off button for around 8-10 seconds (the light will go off) Then turn it back on.

The problem could possibly be that you were signed out of xbox live when you got those achievements. To fix this problem you can most likely just sign into an xbox that has live on it, if you have one available.

I'm also having the same problem and no one seems to be updating xbox live users when xbox live might be back up or even if they are trying to fix this issue at all. They claim to not be having any problems but they definitely are if so many people cannot
connect to the service I cannot understand why they are not informing xbox live users of any progress made towards solving the issue.

A fix has been suggested by thetechgame (via Advanced Warfare) for players who are getting the error message, "A downloadable content package has been removed or all profiles have been signed out".

STEP 1: Just sign into an account with no gold and not registered to Xbox live

STEP 2: Load up exo zombies

STEP 3: Press Xbox live and when it says need Xbox live, switch to your actual account
