    when my son is playing with his friends he is not able to switch from game chat to party chat,the system is saying he's already in party chat but it's still in game chat so it wont let him switch back.does anyone have any ideas.tia

    I never got the free month of Gold for MCC

    Going to try Live chat with xbox support about the issue now. I'll let you guys know how it goes

    You may have been in game chat while you where in an Xbox Live Party. Check the features in your party settings to make sure you are in Xbox Live Party chat and not in game chat.
