Xbox Live Chat Suspension

I have had xbox live for years now, I think over 10 at least. Never have I ever received any sort of disciplinary action. Now today, I receive a one day chat suspension, no idea why. Not only can I not file a claim, as its not over 24hours, so I am left
with 0 options. After talking with chat, it seems it may be due to an acronym I typed, lfg? Which stands for looking for group. Support said they couldn't help me and pointed me to a website, about enforcement and to contact them, but how can I when the file
claim option is greyed out?

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. Since your suspension is so short, a review is not eligible because it would take longer than the suspension. Any information about the suspension would be listed on the enforcement
site.

There was no specifics about the suspension, so I am banned with no explanation and no recourse at all. No specifics, whether it was chat or voice ban, I don't see how it was voice as I haven't used that since yesterday.

The enforcement team won't give specifics. Investigations do take time, so the suspension could be for something that took place days or weeks ago.

Just means you can't use party or in game chat,skype send messages & anything else communication related.
