    All future Xbox Live Rewards inquiries and issues will be addressed by the Gamertag XBLRewards0 (denoted with an X CUL) whom you may contact directly by posting in the new Xbox Rewards Support forums.

    The Misters and Misses of the Xbox Forum Support team (denoted with the S CUL) will no longer be part of the official Rewards support process.

    Inquiries may also be directed to @XboxLIVErewards or @XboxSupport.
