Xbox live Chat room

This is something that would really separate Xbox from PlayStation. Xbox needs a live chat room, similar to VR Chat on PC. It would be a game, but it would be free to anyone that has Xbox Live. The monetary kicker is avatar customization. As well as a paid
app that allows you to create your own character on Xbox to use in this Xbox live chat room.

The App will feature a completely custom design set, that has a basic tutorial and an in depth tutorial. The app should cost about $20 base price, and constantly introduce new features that are typically free, or about $5-$10 based on the expansiveness of
the update. Or they can spend $50 to get a "season pass" plus the app so all updates are free, the upgrade from the $20 app would be $30 for the "Season Pass". The app should have a start from scratch feature allowing you to start with various different shapes
and reform them, or a draw from scratch feature. This app should be accessible on windows 10 when purchased as well so people can use a mouse. It should include an export feature, but by having to buy each customized avatar, unless it is being exported to
the Xbox live chat room. The app should also have several pre-loaded designs if a person did not want to start from scratch.

Avatar customization, the other monetary kicker. This would include the avatars that are already on the xbox, but it would bring incentive to to purchase different avatars and accessories.

The chat room should be entirely free with a few basic avatars that are preset to use and enter. There should be an all ages chat room, A 13+ chat room, and an 18+ chat room (the 18+ chatroom should require secured ID verification to enter - or some other
sort of secured verification).

Just a thought, please tell me what you all think of the idea, and this thread is open to suggestions.

A live chat on Facebook? How does that work? Facebook doesn't have chat rooms.
