Xbox live chat cancelled my ea fc pre order

Xbox live chat cancelled my ea fc pre order that I had before August 22nd for the extra pre order bonus you would receive.

I contacted live chat support because I wished to change the card I was using to split pay for the game with my remaining Microsoft Balance.

I stated please do not cancel the preorder due to the extra pre order bonus would be lost if they did and if they could not change the card then to leave it.

They have now cancelled the pre order and now are completely unhelpful trying to resolve the mess they have made.

Any ideas how to, if possible resolve this?
