Xbox live chat ban

Hi my name is Keshawn Ford and I believe you guys ban me from talking to my friends on xbox because people randomly report me for being good at video games. This is so frustrating because I cant even talk to people over a mic so me being reported for chat
is crazy. I use a hp computer to talk to friends so gamechat isn't an option for me, so anyone who's been reporting me is obviously lying. Please lift my ban because this is the second time since January and ive been a good customer and I don't believe I
should be treated like this. Look through my messages or ask my friends and youll see that I don't start fights. I get called racial slurs and I look away and I still get banned and it doesn't make sense. This is frustrating please help

The enforcement team does not use the forums. For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team does investigate complaints. So you can have a million complaints filed against you, but you won't receive enforcement action unless they find something that violates
the code of conduct.

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
