    I have two boys and between them, they have 3 xbox one accts, none of them have my card details on, so why are Microsoft taking money from my acct?

    PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP!!!!?

    Its a fraudulent charge. Xbox live does not charge on an account in that format. usually says for me $9.99 - MICROSOFT XBOX LIVE. my girlfriend just got hit by this fake xbox live charge and she doesnt even own an xbox. since this post was so long ago, i
    would either

    a. check with microsoft.

    or

    b. check with your bank and let them know not to allow this again.

    The reason is because Microsoft is trying to get the PC gamers out there to use Xbox Live on PC, if Microsoft charged for this service on PC, the PC gamers wouldn't use it, because there are loads of similar services that don't charge.

    IF Sony suddenly stopped charging for PSN, then we may so Microsoft stop charging for Xbox Live, but don't count on it.
