    Xbox Live charged twice


    Hi all,

    I have a one month Xbox Live membership and bought a one year xbox live card to extend it.

    The problem is what it does is give me two parallel xbox live memberships from which one runs until march 2017 and the other extends every month from now on. Do someone know whom to contact to get a refund because I am paying for the same thing twice?

    Do you mean you've been charged twice for something on Xbox LIVE? If so, you'll need to contact Xbox Billing Support by phone or by email.
