    Games Pass Ultimate blocking Xbox live

    Fornite won't load because it can't link to Xbox live. I have Game Pass Ultimate which should include Xbox live.

    Can't access my xbox live account on my console.

    I have new 360 and when trying to sign in to live on the console, it says that this Microsoft account is associated with a different Xbox profile and to try a different account? I went back online on my PC and added the 360 device but it still won't let
    me. Any suggestions? ( I purchased the 3 month Live gold prepaid card and loaded the numbers on my PC.)
