Xbox Live card problem

I bought a Xbox live gold card and the glue kinda melt, so when i took the sticker that was covering the code off the code came with it and a can't see it. Is there an other way that I can have my code ?

im having the same problem. I cant add a new credit card, and i live in the US and my card is from the US. I use this card every day for Steam and there hasnt been a problem there. Only on xbox live...

I'm sorry to see any redemption issues! There's been some changes recently to Gold codes; the most common error that people see are related to having mismatch regions.

To ensure you aren't running into this, you will need to follow the steps on our
region migration page. If you are already set to the region that you are physically located in, it will let you know. However, if you aren't, it will take you through the process to ensure
your account matches where you are located.

Give that a shot, then try to redeem your code again. If it doesn't work, post back with a screenshot of the error so that we can look at our next options.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We recommend to request a call from support. They will be able to assist you with this further.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Hi

You can take your receipt to the retailer and tell them what happened. They should be able to activate it for you. Has long as you show them, they should be able to help. However, try here if you can't get this resolved

If you got the card from a store I'm sure they should understand and help you out. Just explain the situation.
