xbox live card doesnt work

If it doesnt work all i can suggest is getting a xbox prepaid card for your xbox live

If the subcription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

3. Redownload your profile

Nothing with Xbox Live is working. His Xbox Gold doesnt go out for the next 7 days but I cant even add another Xbox Live Gold card

i contacted and they said that this card ALLOWS online payments. it is created for this kind of payments. weird thing is that yesterday i managed to get myself 500 microsoft points with this card but after this it doesnt work again. maybe some xbox live

You will need to call phone support for issues like this, they should be able to tell you if the code is valid or not.
