xbox live cant sign in 800705b4

Okay this must not be random as it is happening to me for the first time tonight as well. 80151103 among others. Tellin me sign in with email and password then it says an error occured. I tried to redownload profile it says xbox cannot download profiles
right now. So last resort i plugged the hard drive into another 360 . The xbox needed a current live update but when i tried to download it says unable to download..this has to be a live problem if im having problems on two consoles..but on here it says live
status is all good. Wtf...someone please assure me that its not jus my profile...cuz during the process i deleted my profile in hopez of redownloadng it. But it wont even let me do that right now..?? Help please

 

Good to hear! Hopefully it's back up across the board soon (still down on my end).

Also, Arganautix, don't delete any profiles or data, it's not an issue on your end. It's an Xbox Live issue.

 

Ok so it let me download the update now on my other xbox but still wont let me recover or download my profile

 

It looks like things are only just coming back online, so I'd suggest giving it a few minutes before giving it another go.

 

12:15 in the morning here in So Cal and i have been trying to log on for the last 3 hours with no luck. It IS rather annoying that xbox support does not put out a global message letting the xbox community know what is happening. Extremely poor customer service
IMO. I was debating which console to upgrade to this holiday and the failed communication and recognition of this issue by xbox live support teams is pushing me in the direction of the PS4…… Way to go Microsoft. Sucks too, because I really like the xbox
community, but if this is the way they will handle "just a taste of what's to come" this holiday, then when this Lizard Squad attacks again and it is on a much bigger scale, how will they handle that situation? Hide in a hole like they are now? Definitely
not impressed.

LMAO!!! I have been waiting to chat with an xbox live support person via chat text and the updater on the timer has increased in time by 200 minutes liver the last minute…. WHAT A JOKE XBOX LIVE SUPPORT! YOU GUYS SUCK [Mod Removed]!

 

Up and running, FINALY! I am sure Xbox Live support worked very diligently to fix this issue. They should have been more communicative with the xbox community. If anything is learned from this, it's that Lizard Squad had a big win tonight, because xbox live
support failed at handling the situation well and they have exposed a huge consumer downfall for xbox.
