Xbox Live can't log in

I only have one account and have never logged on to another Xbox before.

Yes have restarted router/modem several times, along with the Xbox one. Has not solved the problem. I've signed my account out and back in and that hasn't worked. I changed my router to bridge mode and that didn't work. I've had my internet provider open
all the ports on their end and nothing has helped
