xbox live - cant connect

Have not been able to connect to xbox live for days. i dont imagine the modem/router is the issue as everything else connected to my network works perfectly fine.

when testing the connection, it connects to my network but fails to connect to the internet. I have reset my router several times. I have cleared my cache 6 times. when i gomthrough the systems tab and disconnect and try to reconnect it gives me an error,
"duplicate network - miltiple networks with the same name have been found..." I dont have this issue with any other devices.

xbox live no go

ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before

Hello!

Have you considered it could be your router's firewall blocking tcp and udp reqs to and from your Xbox? You may need to set DMZ. Keep me posted. and respond at your earliest convenience please.

I just initialized my xbox as if its new. Now i can connect again.

 

That's good sometimes it just the console its self. Did you factory reset it?
