    xbox live cannot connect on my pc


    I have recently updated my information on my account and now i cannot play any games requiring xbox live. the game bar also does not connect. when i try to connect it pulls up the xbox connecting screen and then just says cannot connect to xbox live check
    your connection and try again. my internet connection is FINE in settings it says all is GOOD. I have tried to go by the troubleshooting procedures for this but nothing seems out of the ordinary. everything worked fine until i updated my information. My account
    is working properly on the store showing all of my games and displaying the correct info. Is there anything i can do to fix this?

    I cannot try wired because my PC and Xbox once are in separate rooms. does this mean i cannot connect to xbox live?

    It's not a connectivity problem. I cannot connect to Live simultaneously from my PC and Xbox. I can with WP7. I've been told that Microsoft policy is that two devices, with the exception of WP7, cannot connect to Live at the same time with the same Live
    account. I'm wondering why that is.

    I am experiencing the same issue. Everything worked fine, now I cannot connect to Live anymore. I can connect tthe XBox to the internet, and I CAN connect my Windows 10 PC to XBox Live.

    I have gone through all troubleshooting guides, e.g.:

    - Checking port forwarding

    - Restarting my router

    - Connecting via cable

    - Resetting the XBox 360 network settings

    - Deleting my local profile (-> now I cannot download it anymore...)

    - Clearing the system cache (3 times)

    - Checking the system clock

    Nothing worked, now I have a system without a local profile and I cannot connect to XBox Live. Any suggestions?
