Xbox Live cancelled me out!

here is my situation. I had waited for Microsoft to take out ever since I got my new card but they never did so without waiting I buy a one month subscription and they charged me twice for it I resolved this issue in where I was refunded the money but they
changed my billing date to september 13 now here it is I get charged again from my last account. I called again resolved the issue. And now my Xbox live gold subscription has been cancelled when I recently paid for one.

Cannot purchase xbox live

I had xbox live on auto renewal with a credit card that was recently cancelled. The transaction will not go through because my card was cancelled and now it wont let me buy xbox live with my new credit card.

 

How do I close my Zune account?

i cancelled my Zune and Xbox live and they still took money out of my account after they said they had cancelled the cards if this isn't theft i don't know what is ?????????????????

I'm afraid that we at the forums are unable to help, for billing/payment issues you will need to contact Xbox Support (again). They are the only ones that can assist with billing/payment issues.
