Xbox Live canceled with region switch?

Hello, I need that someone help-me please.

Today I've switched my account from Brazil to United States. The problem is that I can't use my live, i bought the live last month for twelve months, I'm crying T.T

Region problem

XBox Live tenure

I checked my gold tenure on the link eG x Thee Elf posted and mine says

Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold this one isn't canceled

Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold canceled

Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold canceled

Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold canceled

gold 1 month free trial canceled

but yet I have no number next to my name

Because if you used a prepaid code they are region locked

Not all subscriptions transfer over

Do you actually live in the USA or Brazil

Switching to regions that you do the live in doesn't work for region locked content like 360 games

Gold should transfer over.

It's the cards themselves that are region locked,once live is on the account it should transfer over.

Are you actually in the U.S. ?

If your account,billing & actual location aren't the same then that's probably the problem & you will have to wait 3 months before you can change back.
