Xbox Live but I can't play online

My live gold is not working and I paid for it. It expires 04/24/2017 and was renewed 3/25/2017. And I can not play online because it says no, I do not have Gold. What do I do? How do I get my money back? Or how do you fix it?

Bought xbox live, but I can't play online.

I bought 1 month subscripion for xbox live. It was activated but I was unable to play online. Then, 2 days ago, I activated 12 months subscription live gold, but I still have the same problem. That is bad service and a waste of my money. I saw that ms support
is trying to solve the problem for some days, but no fix yet. I wait for a solution and fair compensation for my money and time lost!

I have Xbox Live Gold but I can't play online

Hey Tosheso! Are you getting any error messages or codes when you try to play online? Are you having any other network issues with the console with things like apps? Post back and let me know!

Is the issue happening in all games or one in specific? Have you tried to remove your profile from the console and then re add it to see if it helped?

To play online you need Xbox live GOLD. If you have the free account or the Xbox live silver account then you can't play online. So I'm sorry but you're going to have to pay for Xbox live Gold in order to play online. I hope this helped!

But what is the use of a xbox live gold trial if you can't play online?

On my xbox 360 i had activated several xbox live gold trials. I played online with these for sure.

Sometimes the Xbox will show a message that it's having problems getting content right now or that it can't connect to Xbox Live but it actually is connected. Have you tried playing a game online, which would be the best test to see if it's working. Is
the gamerscore the same online as on the Xbox? If you tried to play online but can't, do you have an active Xbox Live gold membership? If you have an Xbox Live Gold membership and you can't play online, you can contact support at http://support.xbox.com
