Xbox Live Bonus Star Promotion Not Showing Up

Hello,

I got an email saying if I spent $125 in the Xbox store I would receive and extra star, and I spent $140, but I did not get the extra star it just went through like a normal transaction. I waited the correct amount of time for my points to show up, when
do I get my extra star? I talked with the Live Chat support and Rachael instructed me to make a post here. Thanks.

Movie Marathon Purchase Question

I preordered “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” in UHD, which had bonus content so the purchase completed right away, worth $24.99. It’s not showing up in my progress bar for Movie Marathon. Do these kind of purchases not count or has it just not shown up yet?

Missing rewards points and star

I spent enough to get a star upgrade in february with the star bonus. Not only did i not get the star bonus but i never got any of the rewards points i earned for february either. My rewards page went blank for a couple days with everything showing question
marks but that my account was working fine? Why do a program like this if you can't keep it running smoothly?

There is currently an issue where the tracker for this offer is not properly updating on the webpage. Your normal MyVIP progress is increasing because this offer is in addition to standard MyVIP, and your eligible purchases will increase both your standard
MyVIP and your progress for this offer. Apologies for the confusion. We'll update this thread when our web team gives us the all clear.

offer. As stated in the FAQ for the offer, all purchases are based off the UTC time zone. Since your purchase was made in March, it was not eligible for this offer:

That would be great. The Xbox Live Rewards forum is blowing up with people wondering why their point aren't showing up for basic purchases, but for promotions such as the Binge Watch and Play and Grand Theft Auto shark card promotion.

As youre profile suggests it was rest due to cheating perhaps the 8k showing is the achivements that are genuine and the rest is not showing up due to the confusion of the situation. According to the policy there is no way to apeal further but if your xbox
live account once signed in is showing at the full 35k then that is certainly a bonus.
