Xbox live bio not working

This is really doing my head in now i phone xbox everyday to be told the same old crap i have done every step thay told me to do and does not work my by is not abussive or nuffin it has nuffin to do with te preview program beacuse my friends are onit and
thay made bio and it was visable after about half hour why is mine not working my friend or players cant see it my privacy setting are set to everybody this is a joke please help me

Location and bio problem

i tried to change my location and bio through the Xbox app for android the bio saved on the app but not the location also when I check on Xbox. the location and bio are what they were originally so the bio didn't change I'm really confused as to why its
not working

Have you tried changing your privacy settings to a more restrictive option and then changing it back? Have you performed a hard reboot recently? If not give that a go when you change the setting and then when you power the console back on change your privacy
back to let everyone view your content.

 

Try creating your Bio via Xbox.com, Xbox Smartglass, Xbox for Windows, instead of just your console.

It may work on one of the other devices then the other.

 

If you are part of the preview program you should submit this post at the a private Xbox Early Access forum.
