    It might be working, but i got charged twice. I talked to support, they said there going to refund me. That was almost a month ago. I still haven't seen a refund. Support is a joke, and im getting close to filing a report to the BBB. Get you act together

    Still not working for me same message also gives me an error code: 80169D3A. After some troubleshooting I tried go on to my account page (on this site not on the Xbox) and got this

    Also when i try to enter the code as a payment option it says the code is not valid payment option, but when i try it from the redeem code menu it comes up as 12 month Xbox Live membership witch is what it is supposed to be and that where I get that error
    message.
