my xbox live abonnement was billed two times this month, i'd like to be reimbursed for the second bill !

i can send you a screenshot of my bank statement if necessery.

Autorenewal Gold extensions

If you still have 14 days of Xbox Live gold on your account and you redeem a 12 month Xbox Live gold code then you will NOT be billed even if you have auo renew on. You will only be billed if you have auto renew on and do not have any Xbox Live gold time
left on your account.

How to Change your Xbox LIVE account information

Overview

It is possible to change information associated with your Xbox LIVE account like your name, address, phone number or email address.

Note: You cannot change the country that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. If you have moved to another country and you would like to access Xbox LIVE from there, you have to create a new Xbox LIVE account in your new location.

How to Change your name, address, phone number or email on Xbox.com

1) Go to My Account and Sign In with your Microsoft Account. (This is the email and password that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account).

2) Make the changes you want to your billings account information and then click Save.

1) Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

2) Proceed to Settings, and then select Account.

3) Select Your Information, and then go to Billing Information.

4) Sign In with your Microsoft account password.

5) Change your billing account information and then click Done.

In case you want to change the billing name on your Xbox LIVE account, go to Xbox.com

Im sure it's not my connection or Xbox Live problem because I can buy stuff on my other account.

My security proofs are updated.

I suspect that it might be my billing adress.

I never had a pay pal account or credit card tied to my account until 2 days ago.I have added paypal account to my Live ID on Microsoft store.This paymant option has different billing adress than my Xbox Live account(different country even).

I can't change my Xbox Live billing to match that from paypal so I removed this paymant option from microsoft's billing site.Maybe it takes time to update or something ?

To avoid this in the future every time you add time to Xbox live it will automatically turn on recurring billing, every time. I just go in and turn it off when I add time to Xbox live.

your time left is added to the family pack and extends the subscription for the whole family. but the family sub is only extended by half of the time left on your subscription.

example: 2 months gold time on your account will add 1 month to the year subscription on the family pack.

If you want to turn off A/R on your account and you run into that error I suggest contact xbox live billing support. the number is 1-800-469-9269. I suggest when calling dialing 2 to get to the billing department. Also you can upgrade your membership to
a 12 month or 3 month at any time. when you purchase the membership it will just add that amount of time to your account. You can do it on your xbox by going to settings>account>your memberships>xbox live Gold> modify membership.
