Xbox live being charged twice.

Xbox live payment was cashed, twice on the credit card, i want to cance one of the payment and reversal me what has already been paid.

Charged Twice

Hi, I was charged twice for a yearly subscription to Xbox live for 59.99+tax in the same day. I cancelled my subscription for Xbox live and should be getting a refund. After doing so I don't have Xbox live but am being billed for having it. Due to being
charged twice only one of them will come off my bank statement. How can I cancel my subscriptions and get a full refund and purchase xbox live once and be billed properly for one payment?

Xbox Live charged twice

Hi all,

I have a one month Xbox Live membership and bought a one year xbox live card to extend it.

The problem is what it does is give me two parallel xbox live memberships from which one runs until march 2017 and the other extends every month from now on. Do someone know whom to contact to get a refund because I am paying for the same thing twice?

Unfortunately, if the charge you indicate is not shown there, Microsoft Privacy Policy cannot provide any information and you must report these charges as fraud to your bank or payer.
