Xbox Live Bans

The fact that bans are even possible on Xbox Live is a joke in itself. You should not be able to be banned from a service while they continue to take your money for their services of which you are banned from even using. The whole "enforcement" thing is
a complete joke. If you're adult enough to play video games like Grand Theft Auto that portray mass-murdering and felony crimes you are certainly adult enough to take a "mean" message from another gamer. The only ban that should even be possible should be
if you are caught cheating. I will keep this short since Microsoft only cares about profits and not about it's users henceforth this thread will accomplish nothing.

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

 

So I called 3 times, they just told me it's not their problem. (360 downloading issues)

I did back in the day?? Like 2008.

 

What word did they get you on? They got me for 'pansy' the flower. Real shame.

It's really cool when you look at your bank statement and enforcement actions, and realize most of the bans convienlently drop a day before the monthly charge.

Tip I use everytime, put in case review, and then contact support and have them charge back your sub fee (works great if you bought multiple months because they have to charge back the whole fee and fingers crossed you already got some time off it) then
decide to get gold whenever your ban is up.
