Xbox live bans

Hi, I'm . I was recently banned on Xbox live a few weeks ago and yesterday, on June 24th, the ban was to be lifted as it said on Xbox enforcement. Now I contacted Xbox support and they told me that I was banned until September 18th. Why wasn't
I told by Xbox enforcement?

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

 

So I called 3 times, they just told me it's not their problem. (360 downloading issues)

I did back in the day?? Like 2008.

You can also contact official Xbox Support to check your account: Contact Us | Xbox Support

They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

 

Are you ignoring us? How about giving us a direct answer instead of a link that dosent give us answers either? There is no case review button on a inactive suspension

 

I believe that there is no case review option anymore since the new suspension is just an extension of the one that just ended on which you already submitted a case review.
