Xbox live bans

So i just got banned from xbox live after playing sea of thieves, i killed some kid, and he kept slurring stuff in game, and then found my name and sent me message, so i replied to his message in the same way he was talking to me, how is it that i get banned and he doesnt? how is it fair that i cant defend myself from some dude who DELIBERATLY found my name and sent me a message, i said he "ran like a [mod removed]" and because of that lost 1 day of being able to start a party with my long time friends, how is that logical at all? i cant do anything in the support, every thing i click sends me to another page, constant redirect to the initial page of the enforcement home or support home. Literally cant do anything, tried talking to a Support chat and its a automated robot that doesnt answer anything u say, and i still cant see the time of my ban, is it this that i paid 12,99 a month to get for years? is this how u treat a client? im telling u depending on the answers coming from Xbox support itself, the more time u keep going without answering and deviating things, will just worsen ur situation and show how bad of a company u truly are, and only care about money, literally the worst thing i have ever paid for, not worth whatsoever, plus they never do anything about support, in any other thing related to xbox or something. Just a trash company
