    hello if been banned from live until feb 16th, because i insulted a fellow player (i think) he reported me of extreme language towards him, my question is can a player make a fake report against me ? Or can xbox live see my acount thru and see if i really
    did this?

    My console was banned. Is my GT banned too?

    This should answer some questions you have about your banning -

    Generally only the console is banned. You can use the account on a a different Xbox.

    This is a question answered in the
    banned console FAQ    . Assuming the storage device is a USB Memory Unit or an official HDD, it can be moved from a banned console to an unbanned console.

    This isnt the right forum to be posting in but the answer to your question is no. Once you are banned you will have to ride out the time you are banned for. If it is a permanent ban say goodbye to xbox live.

    Yes, you can move the HDD to a new console. See the last question:
    enforcement.xbox.com/.../Xbox-Live-Console-Bans

    If his gamertag is banned, then that will stay banned though. I have no idea whether you can still access content linked to the banned account.
