Xbox Live Banned Unfairly

Hello, I recently purchased a 12 month Xbox Live subscription from a store in my area. The subscription seemed legitimate and came in Xbox packaging. I went home that night (yesterday) and put the code into my Xbox to update my subscription
as it had expired for the account that I wanted to set as my home account. I played as usual and did not commit any infractions to the Xbox code of conduct. I then received an email today that my account has been banned permanently. I was shocked and researched
the reason for my ban in its entirety. I determined that I must have been sold a fraudulent Xbox Live Subscription. As a loyal Xbox player since the very first Xbox, I have never bought or attempted to buy fraudulent services nor would I knowingly violate
the Xbox code of conduct. As I was unaware of this activity, I believe I should not be punished for it. I payed money for a subscription that I thought was real, please consider revoking my ban.

My xbox account (IPoZxTRICKSHOT) was banned a year or so back and it was banned unfairly i contacted live supported and have been banned unfairly for "modding and cheating" which was 100% incorrect and i feel it should be unbanned

The same thing has happened to my son and I am trying to sort it out and have opened up a "Case Review" . I receive emails telling to check the Review History but nothing is there and it won't allow me to reply!! My son has only had the subscription about
3 weeks if that!
