Xbox Live Banned Me For Something I Didn't Do

I gave one of my close friends my account and i had no problem until he starting annoying me so i kicked him from the party... he then signed me out and sent "pussy bitch" to his account on my account. he then reported it and i got banned from xbox live
for 3 weeks. Can any mods or anyone on the xbox staff help me?

Hey so I was banned because one of my so called friends took my harddrive and changed my bio and also went on party chat and messages aND said some not good things and I got banned and I wish to have it appealed
