XBOX Live Ban

I were banned for XBOX LIve and want to know the reasons. I`m a little bit confussed because I get a first ban for chat 2 days ago and a second ban yesterday for XBOX Live. Why I´m banned in XBOX Live.

And the enforcement team site is out of date. It told me that I should go to this forum:

But I cant get to this page

I want to ask for a way to talk with the Enforcement Team directly.

And I want to know if I get my days back while I banned because I paid for XBOX Live.

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

 

So I called 3 times, they just told me it's not their problem. (360 downloading issues)

I did back in the day?? Like 2008.

http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team no longer uses the forums and the only way to contact them is by submitting a case review.

You will not get any Live time back for being suspended/banned. Otherwise there would be no reason to suspend/ban accounts.
