Xbox live ban

I just bought a used xbox and it turns out that the live on the xbox is banned and I don't know what that is because this is my first Xbox and I just got it and I am very upset because I'm not able to use it as well as I was hoping to, so I was wondering
if there was any way to un ban the console so I am able to play it

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

 

So I called 3 times, they just told me it's not their problem. (360 downloading issues)

I did back in the day?? Like 2008.

 

no once placed a console ban stays in place usually because no one can remove the offence from the console

Take it as lesson learned on any console

Becareful when buying a used product

If it has been opened there is no going back

If it's a profile that cannot be signed in

Then do the right thing make your own profile

As ngocphi said,console bans are permanent & will not be removed.Thats the risk you run when buying a 2nd hand console.

Your only option is to take the console back & get a refund.
