Xbox live ban

Microsoft is a [mod removed] job. Ive reported people over and over using foul language and this and that and not once have the other users been banned. But i get reported for every little thing i do. Ive got screen shots and messages to prove it. I get
banned for beating someone in a game they get upset and start talking trash and i talk it back and im the one who gets banned. Its [mod removed] Keep in mind i dont use foul language without blocking it out. Ive reported people who clearly use the full word
and nothing. They get no ban or anything. Im done with microsoft/xbox. Cancelling my subscriptions and moving along to playstation. Ive had emough of this [mod removed]. Need to do a better job into looking into the situation besides just banning someone for
no [mod removed] reason. Excuse my language but im higly upset
