Xbox live ban

Today i was casually playing Rainbow six siege on xbox live. As i proceeded to play the game in fairness a fellow teammate killed me he continuosly started doing this. As i became aggrevated in the heat of the moment i used foul language towards this gamer
as i was quite angry at this point. I do not think this is fair as we were both in the wrong and i was the one who got banned. I deeply regret my actions and would appreciated it if this ban could be lifted as soon as possible. Thank you.

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

 

So I called 3 times, they just told me it's not their problem. (360 downloading issues)

I did back in the day?? Like 2008.
