Xbox live ban

I was wondering if i can get banned for telling someone to "**** off" on an xbox live group chat however the person who added me kept harrassing me and the group was even called **** pubg.

After i sent the message i started to regret it because i have already been banned 3 times and was wondering what would happen if i got banned again?

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

 

So I called 3 times, they just told me it's not their problem. (360 downloading issues)

Yes you can get banned. Profanity is a violation of the code of conduct. It doesn't matter how the situation starts. In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person and block communications with them.

No one here can tell you for sure what the enforcement team would do. You may receive another suspension, but multiple enfractions can result in a permanent ban.

 

Well thats kind of a gray issue, its not very black and white. If someone snipes you from across the map using mods in Fortnite, and you yell [Insert Profanity Here], they probably won't ban you. However if you are directing the vulgar language at someone,
for example someone beats you in a race on Forza, and you tell him to [Insert Profanity Here] themselves, then you will most likely be suspended. My advice is even if someone is [Mod Removed] you off, just don't reply in with profanity, just block and mute
them, and if they are hacking, modding, just report them
