Xbox Live Ban

I received a suspension from the enforcement team over my error in judgement for uploading a lewd (no nudity) picture as my gamerpic.

I am completely okay with that and I am willing to wait out that suspension.

I was okay with playing online with no chat features and privileges revoked in the avatar section.

Despite the mess I caused I renewed my Xbox Live subscription during my suspension and kept on playing the games online without any problems, that is until someone slapped an Xbox live permanent ban on top of it. (again for a bra picture that is tamer than
a lot of the games on the console itself)

So I submitted my case in 500 characters and was not satisfied that they upheld their decision.

My point is I applaud the fact that they suspended me, and the picture in question never made it to my profile because of the quick enforcement.

However I believe the Xbox live service ban is too harsh and goes against the compassion values posted literally below the enforcement page.

What I did has not effected the community like modders, hackers and generally people with poor attitudes.

I am smart enough not to do it again, so I do not understand it.

Others suggested just to move on to a new account, but I do not want to do so as there is a lengthy purchase history, and a user on my friends list who is not in this world anymore.

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

 

So I called 3 times, they just told me it's not their problem. (360 downloading issues)

I did back in the day?? Like 2008.

 

If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done. If the ban is permanent, all you can do is start a new account.
