Xbox live ban stepping on 5th amendment rights?

Any questions you have about any suspensions you're going through should probably be addressed to Enforcement.xbox.com and not the Battlefield 1 game forum, at the enforcement website you can see why the ban was put down and any options you have for repealing
it.

I feel for you i got banned by enforcement for having a conversation about a mini map in a game because thats 100% fair.

Freedom of speech does not apply to private businesses. When you sign up for Live, you agree to their terms of service and code of conduct which basically states that if you violate any of their terms, they have to right to suspend or cancel your service.

Free speech is the 1rst amendment. The 5th addresses incriminating yourself. The ROC addresses interaction with others, so don't get cranked about a law suit. It gets my goat when these players don't PTFO myself, but Microsoft won't condone you telling them
what morons they are.

You got banned for something else you did prior, that was reported, investigated and a ban issued to you. You got banned for 2 weeks because...………...wait for it...…..you have been banned before.

What a lot of people do not realize is that the bill of rights (first ten amendments) was put in place to protect the people from the government. lets look at each one

1st amendment has already been talked about that CONGRESS shall pass no law abridging peoples rights.

2nd amendment has been can be debated by many different ways.

3rd restricts the federal government from going to a private citizen and telling them they have to allow a soldier to live in their house.

4th basically says the government has to have a search warrant before they can enter your house

5th Have you ever heard the saying I plead the 5th this is where it comes from it gives the person the right to not incriminate themselves in a court of law.

6th basically says that you have a right to a fair and speedy trial, jury trial, right to confront any witnesses against you, right to know what charges are being brought against you. for criminal charges

7th gurantees the same rights as 6 but for civil trials

8th right against the government imposing excessive fines and cruel and unusual punishment.

9th Says there is more rights the people have other then what is in the constitution.

10th basically says if it isnt set forth for the federal government to do something in the constitution then it is up to the states.

Do you see a pattern here the bill of rights was put in place to protect the people from the government whether it be the state level or the federal level it says nothing about a private company server that makes their own rules that you agreed to abide
by when you signed up for the service.
