Naming and shaming isn't allowed on the forums.

Also, if the other user reported your messages then the Enforcement Team would look in to them and if offensive would receive a suspension.

Instead of responding, you should report any offensive messages they send, block the user and ignore. the Enforcement Team will look into those.

If someone harasses you just report that person or block him from comunications.

The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspensions.

If someone sends an offensive message, rport and block them and let Xbox Enforcement look into. What you did was offensive and was deemed a violation against the Xbox Live Code of Conduct despite the other person starting it. To prevent future bans, I would

Got any proof they weren't banned at all?

As in actual proof not anicdotal proof or "I filed a complaint against such & such and they haven't been banned because I say so"

Hey Retro. Lets see you sort through billions of complaints everyday and find the ones that are legitimate. If they banned everyone in every complaint they ever received, no one would be playing xbox live right now. They have to get proof that you're doing
something wrong before they ban you.
