Xbox live ban mistake etc >.>

2 months ago my Xbox 360 s console was stolen from my apartment that I share with my sister. On it were several Live accounts including 1 in specific in which I played on very much and invested a lot of time and money into. I recovered the console eventually
and 2 day's later, I became banned indefinitely from Xbox Live due to a modified tenure level in which I rarely look at and care about so it was quite the shock. Now, luckily my sister's main account was ok, but it's been hell trying to get someone to understand
my side and to raise this suspension, or at lest make it temporary as I had nothing to do with anything here. I however, still took responsibility and gave the Enforcement team every reason to unban me, for them to change what had occurred - monitor the account
in question 24/7 and that I would password protect my account now but with no succession.

Given the circumstances, it is highly difficult, The Advocacy team direct me to the Enforcement Team and they simply say that the duration of the suspension cannot be changed. I understand and respect that they are very busy people and investigate thoroughly
before placing any sort of bans but in light of this new side of the story on my console being stolen and whatever may have been done etc.. alongside the fact that I have been a Live member for 4 years now, a legitimate gamer who has never been banned before,
this suspension ought to be changed. I am innocent and have not been treated with the littlest bit of respect as a customer and yet, I'm still here, happy and patient as well as being polite with every single one of my posts. Thank you to whom ever take's
time to read this, I hope that you have some insight into what direction to take, it would mean ever so much. c:

So that was the issue but all that Enforcement say are, No debating and continue to simply say, The suspension will stand as issued. Seeing as I've come this far and was not involved in any wrong doing, I am continuing to get this ban lifted from my account
but some pointers would be great... .

Free Xbox One Criteria?

I found the criterias :

100'000 GS + ---> Killer Instinct

150'000 GS + ---> Free games like Forza 5, Ryse, etc.

200'000 GS + ---> Free Xbox One, Games, Xbox Live Gold, etc.

That's not fair

 

HDMI, Optical, Passthrough, ARC = Confused.com

Why are you connecting the Xbox to the soundbar with optical?

Surely you should go Sky>HDMI>Xbox>Soundbar>HDMI>TV?

 

If someone truly had stolen your xbox then you should contact phone support and ask them to open an "unauthorized access case". They will lock the account while they investigate and if they find that things happened while the xbox was not in your possession
they will take the proper action. If the changes to your tenure happened any other time you will be stuck with your ban.

 

I made several UA cases. They say that they don't have information on the suspension and provide me with a link to the enforcement forum saying to provide them with so and so ref number which I do.. so it's like going around in circles >.<

 

@Elsa n Anna - I'm truly sorry, but there's no one here who can legitimately help you, except from the Enforcement Team, which you've already reached out to.

 

It's ok, no need for apologies. I suppose I know that, I just don't want to lose hope so am trying to keep it alive to be fair, pretty pathetic really /.< but I greatly appreciate you're honesty, thank you ever so much, means so much ^-^
