xbox live ban from the 6th of september till 17th of December

moving to playstation xbox is **** i have been banned from communication for nearly two months because someone messaging me abuse and when i reply i get the ban they even gave me a fair ban date on the day i was ment to be unbanned they extended it for even
longer this has put me off xbox all together why should i spend my hard earned money on here when they are banning people for this long something needs to happen all this code of conduct is ****.....✌

Not received Gears of War codes

Hi,

I've played Ultimate Gears of War from September thru till December but haven't received my codes yet.

Could you tell me why not?

You can receive extensions, when some one sends you a harassing message don't respond to it. Just report there message. You responding to it, and not reporting them is giving them what they want.

If you were banned for one day or 24 hours there is nothing you can do. However if the suspension was longer then a day you can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested
in doing this Here is how to do it.

You will need to go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting
your account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.
