xbox live ban for 2 weeks for harrasment?

Hello,

i just received a 2 week ban from xbox for harrassing someone which is a false accusement in my oppinion so now i can't play my fut weekend league games... How can i get rid of this ban or atleast talk to anyone at enforcement about this since i can't apply
for a review for some reason.

Please help me.

Unless you report anyone being abusive over live then they probably wont get a suspension/ban & you would not if they did or not anyway.

Sometimes you may get a thank you message if someone is suspended due to a report you filed but mostly you wont be told the result.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.You can go to the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB to see any enforcement action on your account & file for a case review if eligible.

Swearing is not allowed on xbox live,even if it was a joke.

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

You really can not get rid of a suspension. They are not handed out without a full investigation before hand. The best you can hope for, is to go to the enforcement site and see if you qualify for a review of the suspension. Go here to see an explanation
