    Xbox Live ban/ Appeal


    Hi

    I have recently has my Xbox hacked and the hacked has messaged everyone on my friends and sent then the word [mod removed] which we all know it a racist term.

    The hacker then also sent this message to himself and then reported me and I am now have a ban.

    Can anyone help me and let me know how long this ban will last.

    When I found the messages I ensured that I deleted this person and all my passwords have been changed, but I am still banned.

    Can I have this ban lifted??

    Your best bet is to put an appeal in againgst your ban and hopefully you will get your xbox live account back.
    As others have stated he cant do that since the ban happened 3 years ago. Only bans that happened less than 1 year ago are eligible for an appeal/case review.

    I’m in the same boat but I’m confused because I followed the steps but there’s nothing there to appeal my ban I don’t know if it hasn’t been updated or anything been there nothing that’s working and I have to appeal otherwise 12 years of Xbox live will go down the drain. Also my Xbox live is so old that the email I used for it is no longer a thing anymore so I never got any email with regards to any of the bans and also the perma ban
