Xbox LIVE badges not showing up

Not sure if I'm correct here but when I view my profile on the Xbox One I don't have a badge that displays how many years I have been with Xbox LIVE.

When I view any friends profiles they all have a green badge. Is there a problem or its just does not display when you view your own profile? (I have been with Xbox for years).

I was accepted in to the program, however the badge is not showing up.

 

SwitchdKiller, if you have ran out of Xbox Live Gold your tenure resets. The "badge" you are talking about is how many years you subscribed to Xbox Live Gold with out stopping.

I'm the same. Had a gold live account for nearly 10 years. My account went to silver for 6 months, I recently purchased an xbox one and upgraded back to gold. No tenure on my gold account.

The tenure is calculated by cumulative gold time, they abolished resetting the tenure if you account goes to silver a while ago. There are multiple threads about this.

I spoke to MS support about this, after clearing cache, deleting and re-downloading my profile still no change so they have esculated my query to "Tier 3" whatever that means. Haven't heard back as of yet.

 

Why are some xbox live year badges now showing white instead of green? Anybody on my friends list with either 1,10 or 11yrs status on Xbox live has had their bage changed to white, why is this?
