It would appear I cannot save my avatar I have been trying for about 2 days and I have hard restarted my Xbox not very important but I still like to regularly change my avatar and this has been bothering me any suggestions?

Xbox Avatars Getting Wheelchairs!

Thank goodness Avatars where a DAY ONE Xbox Live Feature implemented on Xbox 1 (unlike voice messages, change dash background, etc). So I don't see Microsoft getting rid of Avatars anytime soon even though some may disagree and think they're a waste of time
or too grown up to have them.

Hmmm... that sounds weird. I haven't changed mine lately so maybe somethings going on from an update or something? When's the last time you got it to work? Is this just something that recently happened?

I should add I changed my avatar tonight with no problem so I have no clue what your problem could be. Consider me no help I guess. lol

Do you still have your Xbox 360 console? Have you tried changing it on this site? Try Xbox 360 smartglass or Xbox One smartglass. You can get it on your smartphone. Those apps are from Microsoft.

I know of several of my friends and their friends, who like changing avatars. Usually it's girls who do it more than boys. I used to change mine several times when I got Xbox, I don't really do it much now.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Are you playing this game on an Xbox 360 or an Xbox One since the game is backwards compatible? Are you customizing

the new avatar or the old avatar? The console must be connected to Xbox Live to upload the updated avatar information. If you are using an Xbox One, we recommend

testing the network and multiplayer connections in the network settings. This will help us determine if there is an Xbox Live connection error. Be sure to let us know the results!

I would like the Avatar Store back and Xbox 1 to have all the stuff that Xbox 360 Avatar Editor has. I also like avatars to be on the Friends tab rather than be locked up in some Windows 8 Avatar app. Xbox 360's Social tab incorporates your avatar. And make
a chatpad rather than using a U-S-B--k-e-y-b-o-a-r-d or smartglass. Thank goodness avatars was at least a Day One Xbox Live Feature on Xbox 1. They represent users of the Xbox Live service to have a 3D avatar rather than just a 2D gamer picture and text.
