    Xbox live automatic renewal


    I want to stop the automatic renewal for my Xbox gold live account against my profile "Vividsound" but when I sign in to my account, it says my account name is "" and that I don't have Xbox gold live, trying to contact Xbox to sort this out
    is impossible, will someone from Xbox please reply to this and tell me how to contct you and get this problem sorted, before you take MORE money from me?

    I get emails from you and you say my account is ViviDsound, which is correct, why is it different when I log in?

    Are you sure the log in details are correct because that ContentDuchess7 looks like a new free silver account as there seems to be no activity on the gamertag which i would guess means the log in details are wrong for the account you are looking for..

    I would contact MS, you can do so by the link down below and scolling down to the bottom of the page and either picking chat online or request a call back from them, both are free and won't cost you....
