xbox live are crashing repeatedly!!!!!!!

almost one week ago Xbox Live its going down..I disconnected my console,my router--result Same things its happened: I connected with my acount on Xbox Live and after 10-15 minutes the service stops
unexpected!!!!..trying again,works for 10 minutes and OUT...i!! anybody else has the same problem??? ..

You might want to uninstall and reinstall the app again. See if that works. You can also try factory reset.

Tonight I have turned on the xbox one to watch some hockey from my paid subscription and every single game i turn on the game runs for maybe 2 seconds then it loses sound and then it kicks me back to the previous screen.

I am running the app on my phone and it is running smoothly

I also uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still does the same thing

I have noticed the download speed on apps has been brutal lately is there something going on that I do not know about? or is there something I should try to get this puppy rocking again? Hockey season is almost here I need er pumpin hard

 

Well no one else is posting here with this issue so it must be a problem at your end.

Are you trying to get online with the silver account you`re posting on?

Well unless you are using a gold trial, you are a silver member and unable to play online anyway.

If you have bought gold time you may have an issue with your account as its not showing as gold.

You may need to call phone support to make sure your billing is up to date.

Sorry to hear your having connection issues. Hopefully I can help or at least give you some insight on what the problem could potentially be.

First off, have you tried troubleshooting your connection through the Xbox360 dashboard? You can do this through Dashboard>Settings>System>Network Settings>Select your Internet>Test Connection. When it comes to Internet connection problems it's very tricky
to determine the exact cause of the problem due to the overwhelming amount of things that can be causing it. I know that in a lot of cases wireless Internet can be sometimes unpredictable, I suggest you call your Internet provider to further investigate and
most likely get the best results. If you have anymore questions please ask.

Also, try to refrain from swearing on the forums please!

 

oke..guys i tried all the things !! my console is connected wired on my router(the same router I use for my set tv box and works fine) ...on Test Connection everything is fine! I m not trying to play online,the only things I used YouTube app for music..is
work for 10 minutes after that crashed,without using this app or other, the same thing is happened..so some ideas????

 

I would contact your ISP and get them to test your service.

I had problems downloading a while back, and while everything tested OK on both my console and PC, there was actually a fault on my phone line.

 

no reason do that..everything I have attached on my router works fine except only my console..now I connect to Xbox live,I do nothing and after few minutes:... Disconnected from Xbox live!

 

Yep,everything on my router registered as fine too,and on my console,my tv and my PC.

The fault was on the line,they came out and fixed it and everything worked fine.

There is no one else here posting with the same problems, if it was a wide spread issue the forums would be swamped with people having the same problem.

The issue has to be at your end.

 

Internet no work!!!! I don't get what I may have paid for....

Hi my 2 boys have been having same problem it's getting on our nerves I have managed to set one Xbox up via wired connection works fine, everything else works my laptop phones its just bloody Xbox live... Help!
