Xbox Live Arcade cover art not showing in My Games

So here's the deal...

I've had my retail copy of DuckTales: Remastered already installed onto my Xbox 360 hard drive, and I recently downloaded the demo for the Xbox Live Arcade version. Next thing I know, none of the cover art for the Xbox Live Arcade titles is showing
anymore under My Games, despite being logged onto my profile. I've tried redownloading my profile, clearing system cache, testing my internet connection, and reformatting my hard drive. None of those things have worked so far.

Solutions?

Thumbnails from game library missing

I'm also having this issue. First it started with some games showing the generic xbox live covert art with green swirl while other games' art loads up fine. Clearing the system cache may it somewhat worse as now instead of the generic cover art, I get
the missing art icon on some games but not others. Also after clearing system cache, the missing cover art is on different games than before where as it used to have cover art. I don't think its related to delisted games because the games showing missing
cover art are still being sold such as ducktales:remastered and castle crashers.

Xbox Original games which will not show full cover art. I'm sorry for any confusion over this!

Thats whats happening to me too, i've notice this nonsense about a week ago and its still driving me crazy, the only saving grace from all of this is that my saves still work fine but to be far but honest i just guess i'll have to deal and live with this
then until it gets fixed by microsoft then.

My nephew just noticed this today. We'd been playing games off discs for a bit and haven't gone into the My Games section but he did today and most of my lists (Ducktales included, like the original person mentioned) are not showing the images. These include
demos of the 2 Kefling games and many other games. I did not notice if they were strictly Arcade games though, but some of my other digital ones such as Just Cause 2, Rayman legends & Origins, Metro, etc are showing the art.

Be nice if Microsoft would fix these problems. I'm about sick of that other error that comes up after playing a game and makes the Dashboard appear like it's offline even though you are still logged into Live, and now this problem also

Same issue kind of. My quake arena arcade game won't show the cover art in my games, just a grey area with the games icon (xbox controller). In my pins, it shows the game cover perfectly....what the heck. I'm not doing the clearing cache thing....please
fix it.

And now instead of their regular cover art or the generic xbox live art many of my games show up as "Kingdoms & Lords" for the Windows Phone. Anyone???

I had this problem... but, somehow the games which had this issue have now fixed themselves (I haven't re-downloaded Costume Quest though since I migrated to a slim, so I can't comment there). The problem even persisted with games like Pinball FX2 and SF
III after the dash update, but then at some point it has since been corrected.
